Something had to be really bold and really catch your eye because that wall is the farthest distance away from the front entrance. It had to have a lot of strength, and the horse was perfect. That print is so graphic. You really notice it.

Interior Designer Linda Woodrum

The dining room story begins with the massive 9-foot-long table crafted by carpenter David Brown. He fashioned the tabletop from antique heart-pine flooring, old cedar fence posts standing in as table legs. Table-height wicker chairs lend an air of elegant informality, while slipcovered host and hostess chairs are set on wheels to accommodate impromptu furniture rearrangement. A carefully edited collection of tabletop adornments echoes the semi-tropical locale.
