Welcome Home

The foyer establishes the home’s high-design approach, with bronze sconces and deep, chocolate-y gray brown walls in the neutral powder room located by the front door and main living area.

Chic Greeting

Contemporary abstract art and a small side table with a beautiful orchid greets visitors as they enter the front door of the home, which includes an expansive main level with open floor plan.

Secure Entry

The touch pad by the front door is part of the home’s easy-to-install wireless security system that communicates to a hub in the center of the home.

Open Floor Plan

The foyer leads right into the home’s inviting dining room and family-friendly kitchen, with smart thermostats (one per floor) that allow remote monitoring and controlling of room temperatures.

Great Flow

Visitors can also move easily from the foyer to the open living room, which includes one of the home’s two inductive charging iPad mounts that keep the devices that operate the house ready to go.

Standout Art

What interior designer Tiffany Brooks calls the most exciting piece of art in the home, imagery of a vintage oak tree found at the Smithsonian with rings that show the age of the tree were replicated by an artist with the colors inverted, so the artwork almost looks like an x-ray of an oak tree ring.

Illuminated Space

Bronze light sconces flank the mirror and sink in the cozy powder room, that also includes two large windows that provide natural light.

Vintage Art

A collection of framed vintage keys decorate the back wall of the powder room, with a ribbon trim adding interest to the window shades.
