Lush Privacy

A cozy outdoor seating area is tucked into the opposite end of the property. Thoughtful landscaping, a stone fire pit, and comfy outdoor chairs keep the space feeling private but open to the waterfront view.

Graceful Getaway

The large industrial-style table provides the perfect spot to entertain and relax with family and friends.

Year Round Outdoor Kitchen

The covered outdoor kitchen means it’s always a good time to grill even if it’s a typical rainy Pacific Northwest day. An open seating area with roomy Adirondack chairs and coffee table keeps the focus on outdoor living.

Strategic Privacy

Tall fiberglass pot planters were added to one side of the deck to form a barrier that offers privacy from the neighbors without blocking the lovely views of Puget Sound.

Muted Coastal Modern

A new matte black metal roof, a more streamlined profile and the bold black exterior all transformed this dated home and gave the structure a more modern look and feel.

Dramatic Entrance

The new anodized aluminum swing front door with glass panels allows natural light inside and offers a look at the amazing views enjoyed from this home’s waterfront location. Large black porcelain pavers line the steps up to the front door and help define the entry.

Expansive and Spacious

The garage is one of the largest designer Brian Patrick Flynn has ever dealt with. Using muted gray-green paint also found in the home’s closets, he broke the space into functional areas that inspire creativity. Here, creative workstations are surrounded by art and create the perfect at-home studio.

Effortless and Open

Sleek wooden chairs with simple white upholstery create a seating area at the potting station. When the project is done the table can fold up nicely and the chairs provide a place to relax and watch the game on the large flat screen television.
