Divided into two different zones, the relaxed den was designed for playing games, watching TV, working out, or just lounging while enjoying wonderful views of the home’s backyard and waterfront location.

The seating area by the den’s windows includes a blue ash tufted sofa with round tapering legs flanked by two comfy Caribbean blue arm chairs with tufted side cushions. Guests can rest drinks on the round modern coffee tables that have a black metal cage base and a white lacquered top.

Soft Aqua Accents

A hand-loomed area rug in a soft aqua adds cushion over the floor and provides a soothing backdrop for this seating area where guests can enjoy a drink and good conversation.

Nod to Seattle

Two coastal style chairs sit in front of the den’s modern take on Seattle’s Space Needle by artist Celery Jones. “It almost looks like she turned the wall into a massive canvas,” says designer Brian Patrick Flynn.
