Wow-Worthy Views

Located just outside the kitchen, the inviting deck with impressive water views offers the perfect spot for sharing al fresco meals with family and friends.

Dining Al Fresco

A table runner adds pattern over the dining table’s black top. The stylish table has a polypropylene design that makes it ideal for both indoor and outdoor areas.

Eye-Catching Design

The rectangular dining table complements the home’s black exterior and includes a splayed base with the simple rectangular top for a high-end look.

Strategic Privacy

Tall fiberglass pot planters were added to one side of the deck to form a barrier that offers privacy from the neighbors without blocking the lovely views of Puget Sound.

Chic Chairs

The six patio chairs that surround the black dining table feature steel frames and aluminum seat panels powder coated in black with elegant teak legs.

Cube Box Planters

Galvanized steel planter boxes with modern modular design feature a contemporary powder coated UV protected finish and riser feet to allow optimal drainage and aeration.

Enjoy the View

The home’s existing deck was in bad shape, but local shoreline codes restricted increasing the size of the deck. The solution was to improve on what was there. “We did a structural upgrade, reframed it, added posts and the new composite decking and handrails with the glass panels,” says project manager Scott Branscom. The railing’s glass panels along the walkway allow the stunning water views to shine.

Easy-Care Railing

The deck’s durable and low-maintenance aluminum railing provides both safety and a stylish look.

In and Out Access

A new glass panel sliding door separates the deck from the kitchen inside, which allows for easy traffic patterns in and out of the home.

Coastal Living

The enticing deck adds wonderful outdoor living space to this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom moody modern home with a coastal twist.
