Rhapsody in Blue

A sculptural four-poster bed takes center stage in this small bedroom where the same shade of blue on both the walls and trim creates a serene backdrop.

Spacious En-Suite

French doors lead from the bedroom to a stunning master bathroom, luxuriously outfitted with Carrara marble tile, a frameless shower and floating double vanity.

Rustic Meets Refined

Rough-hewn reclaimed lumber framing the long floor mirror offers a nice counterpoint to the bedroom's otherwise luxurious furnishings — like the fur throw across the foot of the bed, sheepskin rug and leather Barcelona chair.

A Niche for Noshing

Ensuring no space is wasted, a small niche is carved out and outfitted with a Saarinen tulip table and cozy pair of chairs.

Space-Saving Home Office

A long pine plank attached directly to the wall in one sunny corner makes it easy for the homeowners to work from home.

Fanciful Feature

An arrangement of cast plaster medallions, painted in the same soft hue as the rest of the room, create a playful feature wall in the powder room.

Oh, Baby!

Blue continues into the nursery where midcentury Modern furnishings and fixtures lend a sleek look.
