Hollywood Hills Bachelor Pad

Designed for a bachelor who wanted a weekend getaway for entertaining, this modern home features a great indoor/outdoor flow and party-perfect pool area.

Sleek and Streamlined

Sleek European-style cabinets and quartz countertops in shades of gray pair beautifully with the kitchen's stainless steel fixtures. Upholstered barstools offer a comfy spot for enjoying a pre-party snack.

Unobstructed Views

Keeping the kitchen open to the adjacent living room and dining area allows for sweeping views of the Hollywood Hills and twinkling lights of LA beyond.

Inside-Out

Floor-to-ceiling windows can be opened to seamlessly merge the home's indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces.

Entertaining Made Easy

Kitchens are inevitably the social hub of any party. To simplify post-party clean-up, the designers chose low-maintenance quartz countertops which wrap the waterfall-style island for a streamlined, contemporary look.

Cozy Conversation Area

The kitchen's gray color palette continues into the adjacent living room where a matching pair of shelter-arm sofas create a welcoming setting for catching up with friends.

Focus on Fabrics

Plush upholstered furniture softens the straight lines of this modern Hollywood Hills bachelor pad.

A Room With A View

The spacious, open-concept dining room offers uninterrupted views of the Hollywood Hills and skyline of downtown Los Angeles.

Luxe Lighting

Upholstered dining chairs and draperies carry the home's gray palette into the dining room where the undisputed focal point is the sculptural Terzani Etoile chandelier.
