Ocean Avenue Kitchen

Carter Design opened up a wall and created a counter to eat at and enjoy the view to exclude the need for a table, as space was limited. The bleached walnut was a material used on all the cabinetry throughout the condo to bring in an organic wood element that did not overtake the art. Jason Koharik's custom light and the vintage Bertoia chairs add just the right pop.

Living Room Features Vintage Leather Sofa & Mirrored Wall

A vintage leather couch and a pair of modern armchairs with Serape fabric off stylish and comfy seating in this living room. Artwork by Barry Magee from the clients' collection decorate the walls and add interest to the design. A bronze mirror on the wall behind the couch visually expands the space.

Music Room

The music room doubles as a guest room when the space is needed.

Master Bedroom With Ocean View

For the master bedroom, Carter Design wanted to highlight the view of the ocean. The blue bed spread makes a connection to the blue of the ocean outside.

Guest Bathroom in Gray

Carter Design limited the material in this guest bathroom to one, with gray stone on the floor and walls. The tiles that were initially installed created a dizzying grid which was overwhelming to the small space.

Master Bathroom With Bleached Walnut Vanity

A soothing neutral palette and modern design, this master bathroom features a double vanity in bleached walnut and a neutral stone shower with a glass enclosure. Inset medicine cabinets in the mirrors maximize the space and give a streamlined look.
