Tour the Berne Street Treehouse in Atlanta

Located five minutes from downtown Atlanta in Ormewood Park, this one-of-a-kind glass-and-steel structure is one of the city's most unique buildings.

Treehouse Exterior

Situated along Atlanta's Beltline, the Berne Street Treehouses comprise two unique structures: one private residence and one available for private functions and overnight stays. The owners applied for a conservation easement, protecting the trees that surround the home.

Main Floor

The main floor Tree Room covers 1,600 square feet, not including three outdoor decks. Many of the materials used to construct the treehouse were reclaimed, and the architect and designer did much of the work themselves.

Kitchen

The open-concept kitchen is drenched in light and perfect for a unique entertaining experience.

Deck

Architect designed and built, the treehouse is tucked within a group of mature hardwood trees. Both floors have decks that overlook the conservation easement.

Living Room

The treehouse has played host to many Atlanta events, including a Sweet 16 party and a hip-hop video shoot.

Bedroom

The treehouse sleeps up to six adults, and overnight visitors say that it is like waking up in another world – yet so close to downtown.

Seating Area

Constructed from reclaimed materials, the treehouse is located only five minutes from some of the city's liveliest nightlife and finest restaurants.
