Living Room or Boat Slip?

Pull right in and step right up. The first floor of “The Boat House” is a chic slip with wood floors, custom mahogany railings and antique chandeliers. “When you come into the property at night in your boat, it’s like returning to a hideout in a James Bond movie,” say the current owners. The home was available for auction via Concierge Auctions in 2014.

Comes With Luxury Cruiser

The slip area contains a lift for the 36-foot, jet-powered Hinckley Picnic Boat that is docked within, and is included in the purchase price.

Luxury Craft Included

The 36-foot, jet-powered Hinckley Picnic Boat is handcrafted and derived from one of the world’s most renowned lines, and matches the estate's interior perfectly.

Bay View

The main house is a blend of traditional Danish and Caribbean architecture. It's located within the walls of the five-star Grand Bahama Yacht Club in Freeport, Grand Bahama Island.

Slip Side Sitting Room

Lit by the glow of antique chandeliers and rife with rich mahogany finishes and Ipe wood flooring, the boat slip allows the owner to enter the main house without ever having to touch land.

Great Room

The upper floor, above the slip, features an open living, kitchen and dining concept with wraparound balconies on three sides with sweeping views of the marina.

Kitchen

The kitchen, which opens out to the dining/living area, features top-of-the-line appliances, rich wood and stainless steel finishes.

Master Bedroom

Bedrooms feature ironwood flooring, Venezuelan mahogany French doors, and floor-length shutters on every door and window.

Master Bathroom

There are five-and-a-half bathrooms total on the estate, each one unique, and none of them traditional.

Veranda

Most windows and doors are crafted of solid Honduras mahogany, which endures well in the tropical climate.

Balcony View

The sale includes membership to the Grand Bahama Yacht Club, as well as the new owner's choice between the Lucayan or Bahama Reef Golf and Country Clubs, which puts golf, tennis, swimming, fishing and yachting all within walking distance.
