Funky Cool Blue Chandelier

Materials Needed:

  • damp rag
  • small paint brush
  • painter's tape
  • candle covers
  • globe chandelier bulbs
  • paint: Gloss Brilliant Blue by Rust-Oleum and Tropical Coral by Glidden

Step 1

Remove and discard the old candle covers. Clean the chandelier with a damp rag and wipe dry. Tape off the top of each candle cup with painter’s tape.

Step 2

Spray-paint the entire chandelier, including the chain, blue. Let dry. Remove the tape from the candle cups and paint them coral. Let dry.

Step 3

Slide on new candle covers (Kaarskoker’s 4"-tall candle covers in blue raspberry ziggurat, $6 each, chandelierparts.com). Screw in new globe bulbs.
