When did you know you wanted to be an interior designer?
In high school, when all I watched on TV was design shows. I decorated my room every other week and altered every object in the house. It drove my mom crazy!

How would you describe your design style?
Preeminent, charming and sexy. It's similar to wearing your favorite outfit after you have lost ten pounds and your skin is glowing with your newly tropical tan! Everything goes. I can make the most hated object in a house look like a star.

Frank Owen Gehry

What is your dream design project?
No boundaries — to choose the location, the budget and every material down to the toilet paper. I want to be crazily creative, and then hand it off to a wonderful family that really deserves it.

What books are on your nightstand?
None, it's too cluttered with water glasses. I always forget to get my glass from upstairs and bring up another one.
