Ugly Duckling Bedroom

Homeowner Tiffany Morrison has already worked with a designer on her living room and she wants the same attention given to her bland bedroom. Currently, the room is cluttered with shoes and clothes piled in and around mismatched furniture pieces, hardly the sophisticated space she craves. Host and interior designer Kristan Cunningham searches for inspiration at a high-end showroom. Design coordinator Spencer Anderson builds two custom nightstands with a secret and fellow design coordinator David Sheinkopf solves Morrison's shoe storage problem in style. Together, the Design on a Dime team transforms this ugly duckling room into an elegant swan of a space for under $1,000.
