Studio Apartment Makeover

Heather Hodges lives in a studio apartment furnished with mismatched furniture. She wants a romantic yet contemporary space where she can both meet with clients and keep her sleeping area private. Host Kristan Cunningham conceives an idea to divide the room into two separate spaces and goes thrift shopping for a couch. Spencer Anderson builds a contemporary headboard and ages the walls with a unique paint treatment, while Dave Sheinkopf decorates a stool with a stencil. The Design on a Dime team brings the room together while dividing it in two, all for under $1,000.
