1950s-Style Home Office

Richard and Roberta Ganz, along with their three daughters, want a family home office with some 1950s flair. Using a retro mosaic art piece that Roberta's parents made over 50 years ago as inspiration, the Ganzes are hoping our designers can turn the confused room into something fun and retro but still functional. Lead designer Lee Snijders meets the Ganzes in their den to discuss ways of making over the space. Richard shows Snijders a desk he got when he was five years old that is in perfect vintage condition. The three agree that the desk and mosaic should dictate the style and color palette for the rest of the room.
