Ok, so this isn't exactly a tote-to-the-office sort of drink (or is it?), but it mixes coffee, chocolate and doughnuts in one fizzy float. What's not to love?

- 1 oz espresso
- 1 oz vanilla syrup

For AM: Fill a glass to the top with ice. Add club soda, leaving room on the top for espresso. Add vanilla syrup and stir. Prepare espresso and pour over soda. Chill if desired.

Coffee Mocha Mix
Put a fresh spin on classic hot chocolate by incorporating coffee into the mix. Add one part instant coffee, cocoa powder, sugar, powdered vanilla creamer, a dash of cinnamon and chocolate chips. Package your homemade mix in a glass canister or Mason jar, then finish with a gift tag and some ribbon.
Coffee-Stained Gift Tags
If you have some basic gift tags that need a little pick-me-up, soak them in a mixture of water and instant coffee. The longer you let the tags soak, the darker the intended look will be. For added color variation, sprinkle with instant coffee grounds and allow them to air dry.
