Hands down, my favorite cocktail of all time is a good 'ole vodka soda with lime. It's refreshing, low-calorie and takes seconds to throw together. But every now and then, I like to mix it up and add some flavor to my go-to drink, especially in the summer when my palette leans towards the fresh and fruity. I mean, what's better than a tropical beverage by the pool? (Nothing, that's what.)

Lime in the Coconut Cocktail 00:48

The vodka soda goes tropical in this refreshing summer cocktail.

This island-worthy concoction combines sweet coconut vodka with fresh ingredients like sparkling water, pineapples and lime juice for guilt-free summer sipping that won't weigh you down. Plus, it takes less than 10 minutes to whip up a batch big enough for an all-day party. Sounds like a win to me!
