Materials and Tools:

copper spray paint
lampshade
ribbon
hot glue gun

Steps:

1. Turn over the lampshade so the top is face down. Spray paint the inside of the lampshade, and let dry.
2. Turn lampshade right side up and hot glue ribbon to the bottom edge. Let dry.
