This brand-new home was built as a second home by a busy Connecticut couple who had always dreamed of living by the lake. The homeowner, a self-described "white freak," has designed and decorated the master suite with meticulous detail. The bathroom, which is all white, is stunning in its clean, bright look.

The predominantly white bedroom is accented with a black wrought-iron bed in addition to bright accents in the furnishings and the draperies. In the master bath, a glass-front cabinet separates the two vanity bowls.
