Hide CaptionShow CaptionRadiators don't do much for the aesthetic quality of a room. The homeowners would really like to see the radiator covered.
New homeowners Trish and Jerry Navarrete are proud of their first home. However, the guest room is a trouble spot. An odd floor plan, exposed radiator, random sconces and awkward fire escape door leave the couple perplexed. Student designer Jaime Joseph, however, sees these challenges as opportunities for creativity. She transforms the room with a custom bookshelf, tailored desk chair, attractive lighting and a neutral color palette. The Navarretes are so pleased with the outcome that they even consider using the guest room as their master suite.
