After: The blue walls are relaxing while the design elements are glamorous.Jennifer More loves the nostalgic look of vintage Vegas and the Rat Pack. Since she wanted a swanky suite to entertain friends, she tried to replicate this style in her bedroom. Unfortunately, the room ended up looking like it was dealt a losing hand. With a budget of $2,000, the Takeover My Makeover design team transforms the space into a true vintage vision.
In her attempts to create a Vegas-inspired bedroom, Jennifer More hung twinkle lights around the room, added a leopard-print border to the red walls and accessorized with playing cards, feathers and poker chips.
The Take My Makeover tems made the room more relaxing. The key design elements in the makeover of the vintage Vegas design are retro-styled furniture, glamorous fabrics and casino elements. In addition, they create a booth-shaped headboard for her bed and add a cool Vegas-style sign.
