Once the paint is dry, pieces of torn rose-patterned wallpaper are randomly adhered to the walls. A shabby chic chair rail is cleverly crafted from pieces of old picture frames nailed around the room. A small side chair (next to the door) is given a patchwork look when scraps of fabrics are tied to the rungs.
