But the house needs a little redesign and remodeling to truly reflect their style. The bathroom is one area begging for improvement, and designer Julie Novi is recruited to provide the pizzazz Patin is looking for.

Novi's plan starts with demolishing the sunken tub and dual sinks and removing all remnants of the old space. In their place goes a glass shower stall with multiple body sprays, whirlpool tub and sleek maple vanity. A custom plaster finish and new tile throughout help give the new space a Venetian spa-like feel.
