Not long ago, Ted and Michele Garcia and their two young children moved into a wonderful Spanish-style home with panoramic city views. The family loves the open and spacious downstairs floor that includes a mini kitchen, making it the perfect spot for media/entertaining. However, this large room is outdated and not being used to its full potential.

The Garcias love the tile in their kitchen area, but it needs to be redone, and they would like to incorporate the new flooring choice into other areas of the home. They want to turn the kitchen into a Spanish bar, get rid of the orange countertops and sink and hide the appliances.
