Tropical-Inspired Master Bedroom

An ornate, secondhand dresser is transformed into a classy, functional piece of furniture that works perfectly with the sophisticated tropical theme. The dresser was dark brown with red velvet inserts. The inserts were removed then the dresser was painted white and topped off with a custom-cut piece of glass. The dresser is adorned with photos, beach-themed accessories and a pineapple-shaped lamp that was found at a garage sale. The lamp was in great shape, it just needed a fresh coat of paint and a new shade.
