Hide CaptionShow CaptionThe existing furniture gets an update with a patina finish to complement the green color scheme.
Karen creates a sophisticated and whimsical master bedroom with clean lines, muted colors and a warm, lush feel. The sage green creates a soothing backdrop for more colorful, playful accents. Paint contractor Danielle Hirsch gives the existing wood furniture a patina finish to complement the green color scheme. She paints a layer of copper paint and then sponges metallic copper paint onto the furniture. An activator agent is applied to age the metal and create a green patina to give the dresser an antique look.

We regret that paint specifics are not available for this episode.
