Hide CaptionShow CaptionThis homeowner's master bedroom is more depressing than relaxing.
Homeowner Dolores (Dolly) Moore is newly divorced and ready to turn her depressingly un-chic bedroom into a space that is entirely her own.

The large picture window in the middle of the wall dominates the room. Because it is such a huge element in the room and it's the focal point on the far wall, it will need to be toned down in order to blend into the room. Host Karen McAloon and the Design Remix team help her transform the bedroom, which looks like a sterile motel room, into a tree house sanctuary with a clean, modern look.
