Repurpose an old shipping crate into a storage center perfect for a child's room or back entry. Remove the cardboard back from the crate and jig saw the edges to round out the corners. Add center column pieces and shelving and finish it off with old-fashioned hooks.
Repurpose an old flour bin by adding a hinged lid to the top. Use it as a hamper, trash can or recycling bin.
Turn an artist supply box into a decorative laptop holder. Attach knobs to the bottom to act as feet and hot-glue fabric inside for a decorative look. Cut a hole in the back for the cord.
