Reuse a radiator cover for a planter and bookcase. Build a box to fit the top and trim with molding. Add two shelves under the box.

Gather a small strand of white lights and place them inside the upper cavity of a parasol. Wire it with electrical components purchased from a hardware store. Add a painted wood plate and curtain finials for the lamp base.

Pair an old wooden ladder with an old door for a potting table. Cut the ladder into sections and use three of the sections to form a table base. Add braces to the top to stabilize the door or secure it with screws.
