Leg Lamp

A kitschy lamp like the one that was made famous in a popular holiday movie is crafted from a variety of objects. A leg from a mannequin is clad in a heeled shoe and fishnet stocking. It is then glued onto a wooden base that was purchased at a craft store. The lamp’s wiring is run through the hollow leg and the hardware is secured to the top. A red shade garlanded with red trim tops off the sexy lighting.

Coat Rack

High-heeled shoes are used to make an interesting coat rack. To hang the shoes, four small pieces of wood are attached to a 1 x 4 wooden board. The board is painted, hung on the wall and adorned with some colorful, high-heeled pumps.

Bookends

This set of unique bookends is very simple to make. Two bricks are wrapped in fabric, festooned with fringe then a pair of shoes is hot-glued onto the bricks.
