Candle SconcesOutdoor wall-mounted light fixtures are transformed into interior candleholders. The wiring is gutted and the glass is removed. Then the fixtures are painted white, hung on the wall and adorned with decorative candles.
An elegant planter for a porch or patio is made from the top of an old light post. The glass and inner workings are removed from the fixture then it is filled with lots of ivy.
Glass globes from a chandelier are repurposed into a fruit tray and dip bowl. The globes are flipped over then a plate is glued onto one and a bowl onto the other. (Do not use hot glue for this project; it may crack the glass.)
