Attach old cheese boxes to a kitchen cupboard door and paint the edges in eye-catching colors. Hang on the wall and use to display collectibles.

Use acoustical tiles to create a memo center. Attach acoustical tiles to a piece of plywood. Paint and age with umber. Secure to the back of an empty window frame. Cut three wooden bowls in half and attach to the bottom of the frame to hold keys, change, etc.

Combine found kitchen utensils into an interesting lamp. Thread old pie pans, cake molds and kettles on a rod. Add electrical components and a new shade.
