Trash to Treasure: Children's Blocks

Coat Rack
Use children's blocks to create a country-style coat rack. Tack the blocks onto a wood board and framed the edges with trim; finish it off with old hooks.

Picture Frame
Enhance a plain wood frame by hot-gluing children's blocks onto the surface.

Block Lamp
Drill a hole into each block and thread onto a lamp rod. Secure the piece to a painted wood round base. Color copy the block fronts and decoupage them onto a plain shade. Add the remaining electrical components and a light bulb.
