Steps:

  1. Gather old transparancies or make your own.

  • In a shallow bowl, sandwich the transparencies between layers of fiberglass resin (available at hardware stores). (Be sure to wear a mask and gloves when pouring the resin.) Allow to dry.
  • Drill holes in the top and bottom of each and hang in front of a window.
