Earl runs his catering business from the basement of the couple's home. He's got all the right equipment, but the room is not finished. The ceiling beams are still exposed, there are no light fixtures, just bare light bulbs, and not all the walls are drywalled. Most of all, for safety reasons, Earl needs an exhaust fan over the stoves and some non-slip flooring.
