Hide CaptionShow CaptionHayden wants to update the theme of his room, and he'd like furniture that will make him feel more comfortable.
Suffering from a rare disease that turns traumatized muscle into bone, seven-year-old Hayden Pheif gets the surprise of his life when his bedroom is transformed from a regular kid's room into a Star Wars spaceship. Designer David Bromstad and the rest of the Color Splash team work extra hard to create a room that is safe, fun and out of this world.

While the room has fun features and good play space, Hayden has outgrown the theme. He also has some specific physical needs and could use a desk where he can sit and work comfortably. Also, the bed has a trundle to help him get up into bed and to protect him in case he falls out. This is an important element that he will need in any new design of the room.
