Project by Mary O'Neil.
Materials:
assorted vellum paper
Hot Potatoes rubber stamps
permanent ink pads in coordinating colors
craft knife
metal decorative edging tape(used in stain glass crafts)
glass votives or plain straight-sided hi-ball glasses
double-stick tape
Steps:
1. Choose two colors of vellum that look nice together, making sure one is much lighter than the second. Roll the glass across the vellum and mark with a pencil to make a pattern.
3. Use a sharp craft knife to cut out the design on the darker color of vellum. This allows the lighter color to show through.
