In California, Santa Barbara's natural setting and Spanish heritage have been drawing tourists and artists alike for decades. Bob and Kim Fatch fell in love with the family-friendly area and found their dream house with a large yard.
That was 17 years and three kids ago, and Bob and Kim's family room has stayed pretty much the way they found it. The couple hopes a designer can help them rejuvenate the space.
