Note: Two of the four blocks are demonstrated for the Sampler quilt. Select an additional two blocks to complete the Sampler.
Steps:
Double four-patch block (10-inch block)
- Cut one dark and one light three-inch strips.
- Cut two 5-1/2-inch design blocks.
- Sew the light and dark three-inch strips together and cut into four, three-inch wide squares.
This results in (flying geese) strips. Repeat for second heart-shaped block.
