Hide CaptionShow CaptionOld World style is about deep, warm colors, comfortable wooden furniture and a room that feels like it's been there for a long time and not just thrown together.
The homeowners' dining set already has an Old World feel with its rustic style and dark finish. Also, the set is the right size for entertaining and fits the space beautifully. Introducing the new burnt orange color on just one main wall helps bring out the existing color on the other walls and gives focus to the room. The recycled architectural pieces hanging above the buffet give the dining room dimensional interest and a sense of history (see Wall Art photo).
