Since getting married two years ago, Jessica and Luke Noble have been working non-stop gutting and renovating their home room by room. Their haven from all the remodeling has been their living room, but the space has little furniture, bare walls and windows. Ready for a break, they're eager for student designer Laura Radebaugh to complete their living room and entryway. Radebaugh takes some risks when she paints the walls an orange the homeowners are nervous about. But in the end, the Nobles are thrilled with their romantic living room and its warm, inviting colors.

The Nobles have finished the hardwood flooring in the living room but are out of ideas for the rest of it. They're eager to part with the hand-me-down furniture, and the windows are unframed and bare. Jessica prefers a romantic, shabby chic style but is open to any ideas. Also, she takes care of children and wants to start a day care, so the design must be child-friendly.
