Homeowners Carl and Krista Keller lead a busy, chaotic life. They let host/designer David Bromstad know they want a bedroom that’s a calming place to relax. Bromstad draws inspiration from the homeowners' favorite items and his visits to a few upscale hotels. Using a tone-on-tone color scheme and luxurious details, he creates a spa-like bedroom that is a restful escape from the world.

The Keller's bedroom is the dead end for things that don't fit anywhere else in the house. While the room has lots of space and a great ceiling, it is filled with mismatched furniture. A large room really needs to be pulled together with a unity of style that includes all of the furnishings. Due to their hectic life, the homeowners want a calm space to land at the end of the day. So clutter and things that don't fit into the room will have to go.
