Materials:

2 windows
small & large "L" brackets
scrap wood for shelves
screws
drill & bits or screwdrivers

Steps:

1. Start this project with two windows. Each pane will determine where the shelves will sit. Screw four small "L" brackets alongside each window. They will hold the shelves in place.

2. Next, two pieces of scrap wood will be used as the shelves. To enhance them, you can add decorative trim to the front side of each with wood glue and set it aside to dry.

3. While the glue is drying, work on putting the frame of the display case together. Another piece of scrap wood, attached with screws, will top it off.

4. Next screw a large L-bracket to each side of each window to give the whole piece extra stability.

5. Then turn the piece around and place the shelves in, and screw them to the "L" brackets.

6. For the last step, add the last piece of trim along the top to give it a more finished look.
