Materials and Tools:

opaque photo-transfer medium
cotton/cotton blend fabric
sponge
needle and thread

Steps:

1. Photocopy an old photo (either black and white or color will work).

2. Brush on photo-transfer medium (available at craft stores) to the front of the copy.

3. Place the copy face down on the piece of fabric and let it dry for a day.
