Brian and Kelly Muir just bought their new home and would like to give the living room the sophisticated feel of a Parisian nightclub. Being busy parents, they would like a space in which they can retreat from the day. The Muirs are in search of a design plan that has the "savoir faire" required for transforming their living room into an area with French flair.
The Muirs decide on the expertise of designers Sandy Craig and Christy Hopple of Ryan Taylors Interior Design. With a budget of $30,000, Craig and Hopple infuse the '40s space with a vintage nightclub feel. The living room is now a richly textured homage to a Parisian era gone by -- a clean, sophisticated living room with warm ambiance where the couple can escape after a long day.
