Clean, Open Home Office and Guest Room

Kari and Sam Levassar have a tiny office that they want to use as a multifunctioning space. They need a guest room as well as an office for two.

However, this room has a few problems. The desk is too small for two people to share and its placement in the room prevents the window above it from being opened. Host Angelo Surmelis and his team — carpenter Chris Ashe and design assistant Shaina Fewell — set out to make sure that function doesn't trump form, even in a tight space.
