Against an olive green accent wall, the new sleigh bed has silk shams and pillows in an assortment of nature-inspired colors. Modern round mirror wall hangings are sandwiched between classic bedside tables and reading lamps. Over the bed Bromstad's original landscape painting ties together all the natural colors in the color scheme. Higher up, small wooden boxes painted white, with pictures of architectural elements decoupaged on them, are hung in a row. The boxes draw the eye up toward the elaborate crown molding and ceiling painted dark brown with metallic glaze. Painting the ceiling darker is a great way to add drama and elegance to a room.
