Modern, Swanky Lounge

Jeff is a film producer whose contemporary condo is nowhere near ready for its closeup. He wants to transform his plain, white living room into a hip, modern hangout where he can entertain friends and business associates. He would like his living room design to be inspired by his two favorite items — his old, worn-in boots and his new laptop computer. He wants the room to be warm and comfortable like the boots, but still have a modern sleekness like his computer.

By bringing in bold color, creative lighting techniques and soft, comfortable fabrics, Kenneth creates a warm, inviting space that brings high style down to earth. From the hanging fixtures and lights above the mirrors to the reflections on the fireplace and cabinets, the lighting effects add real drama to the room, as do the colorful accents.
