Mod Home Office

The design team combines 1970s mod with modern elements and creative storage. The contrasting tangerine and white walls with red accents set the right vibe for this mod office redo. Designer Frank Fontana builds two tower shelving units that serve as a U-frame for the desk. He cuts out a desktop from medium-density fiberboard (MDF) with a crazy curved front. Then he incorporates mood lighting into the back of the desk using orange resin blocks that he found at an artists' sale. A '70s style chair rounds out the desk area.
