After: Perfect for Entertaining
After careful consideration Damman decides that Barbi Krass's flexible floor plan, with the raised platform deck, best suits his style and desire for an entertainment space. The enormous space now features several unique, comfortable areas for relaxing and entertaining. The dining space consists of a 14-foot long table for large gatherings, as well as a smaller table behind it for more intimate meals. Welded street lamps create a unique lighting unit with an industrial yet contemporary feel, and a credenza functions nicely as a service piece and also as a display unit. The focal platform deck is accessible by ramp and stairs, and the space is stylized with comfortable seating, a bar and a bar table. Fabric selections and an area rug work with the artwork to add texture and color to the room, and each section, with its calculated setup, now takes advantage of the sprawling city view, making this space one of the hippest places in town.
